In this class you will experience how to use basic breathing techniques to reduce stress and increase your vitality. We will examine elements of stress and understand their subtle effects on daily life. Learn how you can optimize breath using a variety of breathing patterns based in Kundalini Yoga. Find out how you might incorporate mudras (hand positions) and mantras (sounds) to enhance your breath. You’ll have time to practice in class so that you can leave with a toolbox of breathing techniques that work best for you.
