Below is a list and descriptions for some of the stones that I am currently working with. Most of the reference information is from Melody's Love is in the Earth books. I invite you to work with these stones in your own way and experience them yourself.

Amber - Allows the body to heal itself by absorbing and transmuting negative energy into positive energy. It emits a sunny and bright soothing energy, which helps to calm nerves and to enliven the disposition. The different colors of amber may be used on the appropriate chakras to facilitate opening and cleansing. It is a stone dedicated to the connection of the conscious self to universal perfection. It helps one in the art of manifestation to bring, that which is desired to the state of reality. It stimulates the intellect and opens the crown chakra. It also transmutes the energy of physical vitality toward the activation of unconditional love. Amber provides an energy to kindle the realization and subsequent response of choice, helping one to choose and to be chosen. It aligns the ethereal energies to the physical, mental, and emotional bodies, providing for an even flow of perfect order to the requirements of the Earth plane while balancing the electro-magnetics of the physical body. It cleanses the environment in which it reset and is an excellent mineral for use in purifying birthing and re-birthing rooms. It also acts to purify ones body, mind, and spirit when worn, carried or used as an elixir.

Aragonite - Provides for ease of centering oneself and is especially helpful during periods of stress and anger, or during the preparation for the state of meditation. It can also provide for insight into the basic of the problems which one confronts on the physical plane and can stimulate communication on the higher planes. It enhances ones patience and helps one to “maintain” comfortably during conditions requiring the acceptance of an abundance of responsibilities. It can, when consciously directed, help one to maintain strict discipline within ones activities. It also enhances reliability and practicality. Aragonite can be useful to combat chills and to bring warmth to extremities. For chills, an elixir can be utilized; for warmth to the extremities, one would place the mineral upon the affected location. An aragonite elixir can also be used as a “spring-tonic” and for the amelioration of general aches and pains. It is also helpful when applied locally to problem areas of the skin. It has been used successfully to combat deficiencies in Vitamin A and D. The varieties from Tsumeb, Namibia, have purported values against hair loss and in the amelioration of wrinkled and coarse skin. Some also say that, Aragonite strengthens the immune system and regulates processes that are proceeding too fast. It is useful for grounding and can be placed on a map to heal stress lines in the earth.

Dumortierite - This mineral can be used to reduce excitability and to eliminate stubbornness while facilitating the continuance of “standing-up” for oneself; it can also assist in providing the stamina to retain the self when one is subjected to harsh environments. It is an excellent stone for patience, allowing for recognition of the potential of any or al with whom one is involved. It can actually provide an element of accommodation to bazaar reality, helping one to both realize and understand that reality is illusion and illusion is real. It can stimulate verbalization of spiritual ideas and can provide grounding in love matches while clearing-away unsettled areas in relationships. It can be used to diminish wasting disorders, to provide strength in dealing with conditions of dis-ease, and to provide insight into the basis of a condition in order to help one to understand and correct the cause.

Metamorphosis Quartz - Metamorphosis quartz exhibits a back-lit opalescence which brings a "halo" to the mineral and has been used to automatically increase the range, the clarity and the strength of ones aura. The mineral serves to prepare one for transformation, permitting the recognition of the obscure layers of "self-justification" which support the continuity of state of distress and disease. It further assists one in releasing this justification. It has been used to direct one through the changes required to attain orderly situations while smoothing the state of change and dispensing a supplemental physical stamina and mental awareness to the user. It facilitates healing on all levels from DNA to etheric.
